Terms & Conditions
  1. These terms and conditions must be read in conjunction with the offer page.
  2. This offer is provided by DiDi Mobility (Australia) Pty Ltd (DiDi) and Ultra Tune Australia Pty Ltd (Ultra Tune) jointly.
  3. This offer is exclusive to registered and approved DiDi driver-partners in cities where DiDi Advance applies (Eligible Participants).
  4. To redeem this offer, an Eligible Participant must complete and submit the booking form through the link provided in the offer page.
  5. Bookings must be completed within four weeks of redeeming this offer. 
  6. For services other than those specified to be “FREE” in the offer page, the applicable discount percentage will be the discount percentage corresponding to the driver-partner’s DiDi Advance tier level at the time when the booking form is submitted, as set out in the offer page.
  7. The applicable discount percentage will apply to:
  1. for Scheduled / Routine Services (excluding any repairs) – both the labour costs and the parts costs;
  2. for all other services – labour costs only.
  1. These discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer that Ultra Tune may have from time to time. 
  2. By redeeming this offer and making a booking, you acknowledge and agree that: 
  1. your information will be disclosed to Ultra Tune for the  purpose of securing the booking and that your information will be held and processed by Ultra Tune in accordance with its privacy policy available on its website; 
  2. you are entering into a separate and independent agreement with Ultra Tune on terms that may be imposed by Ultra Tune as they think fit; and
  3. DiDi, its contractors, employees and agents, shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, injuries, costs and expenses suffered or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) as a result of, arising out of or in any way connected with this offer or any services provided by Ultra Tune, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law. 
  1. DiDi reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. 

These terms and conditions must be read in conjunction with DiDi’s General Terms and Conditions for Driver Offers available in the Driver app and at the DiDi website.

F.A.Q.

Is my booking confirmed after submitting a booking request?

No, please note that you are only submitting a booking request. You will receive a follow up email from one of Ultra Tune’s friendly staff members to coordinate and confirm your booking.

How will the discount be applied to different types of Ultra Tune services?

For ‘Routine Scheduled Service’  also known as a ‘scheduled handbook service’, the applicable discount percentage applies to both the labour and replacement parts.

Discounts for services other than routine / scheduled services, will only apply to labour and will not apply to mechanical replacement parts.

For each service completed by Ultra Tune, DiDi driver-partners will also receive complimentary:

  • Wheel Balancing 
  • Scantool Diagnostic 
  • Roadside Assistance for 12 months

How will my DiDi Advance discount be applied?
