DiDi Advance Update
At DiDi, we’re after real, and honest feedback to continually improve.
Throughout our calls and surveys, we learned that drivers want easier access to lower Services Fees and greater value benefits. That’s why we’re making significant improvements to DiDi Advance in Melbourne.
We’re actively monitoring the current lockdown restrictions, and this is just one way we plan to support driver earnings for the long term.
To make Gold level easier to achieve, we have:
- Removed the Trip target
- Lowered the Acceptance Rate from 80% to just 65%
- Lowered the Completion Rate from 80% to 70%
- Improved our policies – Fewer suspensions

Going forward, if a driver does not meet the weekly AR and CR requirements, he or she will continue with a 20% Services Fee on DiDi Advance Silver level.
We have removed the temporary 1 day, 3 day and 7 day driver account suspensions that previously applied for drivers who do not meet the weekly AR and CR requirements.
From Monday 31 May, these changes will be reflected in the DiDi driver app. Your revised DiDi Advance tier level will come into effect in the following week from Monday 7 June 2021.
